中国赛纳集团创业于1979年，是经国家工商行政管理总局核准的无区域企业集团。经过多年发展，集团确立了以安全鞋产品、进出口贸易、机械制造、房地产开发等为主体的多元并进、专业化经营的管理模式，跨行业、跨区域发展。集团实行母子公司管理体制，下辖6个子公司。
        赛纳集团有限公司是赛纳集团的母公司，组建于1995年，是目前中国规模最大、品种最齐全的专业生产安全防护鞋企业。公司注册资本6300万元，总资产2.5亿元，年生产能力800万双。厂区占地面积49800平方米，建筑面积61176平方米，现有员工2000多名，从德国、意大利引进具有国际先进水平的PU/TPU注册成型生产线十多条，产品以其多项安全防护功能、科技含量高的优势，遍布国内上海、广东、重庆等31个省、市自治区；国外主要销往欧美、澳洲、中东、东南亚等30多个国家和地区，深受国内外客商喜爱。
        1997年公司开始研制特种安全鞋并加入欧盟全球性鞋类认证机构“SATRA”组织，成为当时国内鞋业和劳保行业中唯一的成员企业。1998年11月生产的安全鞋产品全面通过了国际鞋技质量机构检测，取得“CE”产品质量证书。
        现阶段，公司确立了“赛纳——创安全鞋世界品牌”的战略目标，遵循科学发展观，外树品牌、内强素质、调整结构、开拓创新。不断加大投入力度，整合自身资源，调整产品结构，提升产业层次；不断提高产品的科技含量，打造自主品牌，争创世界品牌。

Established in 1979, SAINA Group has been examined and approved as an enterprise group free of district restriction by General Administration for Industry and Commerce in China. On the basis of gradual improvement, the company has succeeded in management pattern with both multi-element development and specialized operation, including safety footwear, import and export trading, machine building, real estate development etc. The group consists of a parent company and six subsidiaries under the parent company managerial system.

The parent company, SAINA Group Company Limited, which was set up in 1995, becomes one of the largest and most qualified manufacturers, specializing in producing safety footwear in China. With a capital of 63 million registered, the total amount now reaches 2,500 million, as well as a production capacity of 8 million pairs annually. The company has a plant area of 49,800 square meters together with the building area of 61,176 square meters and more than 2,000 workers at present. Besides, the company has imported more than 10 world-class assembly lines of PU/TPU injection from Germany and Italy. Therefore, its products, which boast safe and protective functions as well as its advanced technology, enjoy fast sale at home and broad, such as Shanghai, Guangdong, Chongqing and other domestic cities, as well as Europe, America, Australia, Middle East, South East Asia, etc.

The company has embarked on investigation into special safety shoes since 1997, and managed to be a member of SATRA, which is a globally acknowledged certification body for the European Standard. Thereafter, SAINA distinguishes itself as the sole SATRA member in shoes’ industry and protective industry in China. What’s more, the safety footwear, produced in November, 1998, has already been certified according to ISO 20344:2004 by international testing bodies, such as SATRA, Intertek, CTC etc. Finally, SAINA was honored to obtain CE Product Quality Certificate.

At present, the company establishes the concept “SAINA to create world-class brand for safety shoes” as the strategic objective, meanwhile keep the scientific concept of development to build brand oversea and self-improvement, as well as restructuring and innovation. With the aim of upgrading the level of industry, the company will increase the investment, optimize distribution of resources along with adjusting pattern of production, in addition to that, the company will also enhance the content of science and technology of the products to create a potentially world-famous brand.
